The rank structure of Pure Nation Gaming was put into effect on 11/6/11
Recruit: (REC)
A Recruit is a new member of PxG. It is a feeling out process to find out if a member feels at home in the clan and for the clan to see if the member will acclimate well into the community. Their sole responsibility is to get to know PxG Members and start to learn the Code of Honor and Rank Structure.

Private: (PVT)
A Private is the first rank where the member is actually a part of PxG. Their responsibilities are limited to knowing the Code of Honor and Rank Structure, welcoming new recruits, attending platoon meetings and being involved in their battalion's activities.

Corporal: (CPL)
A Corporal's primary task is to assist the Sergeants and help new Recruits in his or her battalion.

Sergeant: (SGT)
A Sergeant is the first line of defense against people breaking the code of honor. They should know the rules and rank structure of PxG intimately and be heavily involved in platoon activities and meetings. All Code of Honor infractions witnessed by the Sergeant should be immediately reported to the Master Sergeant.

Master Sergeant: (MSGT)
A Master Sergeant is the first rank of leadership. Each MSGT is in charge of running one company in their platoon. They must keep a updated company list to give their Captain. MSGT are also allowed rto promote and demote people in their company with the approval of their LT and Captain.

Lieutenant: (LT)
The Lieutenant is the Captain's right-hand man. They should help the captain arrange and run platoon meetings, and help update company/platoon lists If the Captain is unable to fulfill their duties for any reason, the Lieutenant should step in and cover the Captain's responsibilities.

Captain: (CPT)
The Captain is the head of their platoon and is the first rank with true leadership responsibilities. They are responsible for planning and running platoon meetings, keeping an updated platoon list, passing down all pertinent information, and making sure their platoon is active in the community. They decide on promotions and demotions for all members in their platoon, and are the deciding factor on what action to take if a member is not fulfilling their role or if they are breaking the Code of Honor. They work closely with the Major to ensure their squad is working in the spirit of the community.

Major: (MAJ)
A Major helps his or her Colonel with the day-to-day operations of their battalion, including submission of battalion lists and participation in community tournaments.

Colonel
The Colonel is in charge of the entire battalion and all the platoons within it. They must keep an updated battalion list, hold meetings with captains, and ensure that everyone in their battalion is following the Code of Honor. The Colonel appoints all captains and has veto power over any promotions or demotions happening within their battalion. They must work closely with the Generals as well as passing information down letting their Captains know what needs to change.

Generals: (GX)
A General can always be distinguished by the letters “GX” after their name. They are proven leaders in PxG and are trusted with looking over a number of battalions. They hold weekly meetings with all Colonels and Captains in their Division to make promotion/demotion decisions, pass down information, and get a feel for how their Battalions are doing that week. Generals are often asked to help in the decision making process of the Executives and help make choices that affect the community as a whole.

Commanders: (CX)
Commanders are the right hand men/women of the Executives. They are identified by the "CX" after their name. The Commander's job will include, but is not limited to: Enforcing the Honor Code enforcement, Helping the Generals, and Moderating the Web Site. The Commanders will help the Generals with decisions and questions about the battalions but will not be directly involved in the workings of the battalion.

Executives: (EX)
Executives are the founders of the community and/or people who have proven themselves in PxG. They make community wide decisions that they feel will benefit PxG, and oversee all of PxG.
